I washed all the baby clothes and marveled at their wonderful smallness — and the wonderful smallness of the little one who’s about to inhabit them.
(Those of you who have been clamoring for a belly shot, this is probably about as good as it’s going to get. Please note the absence of my toes.)

Every time I’ve sorted through my baby clothes to get ready for a new baby I’ve sat and giggled and awwed at how cute and tiny everything is. It’s truly remarkable isn’t it!
I’m wondering how and how much you are explaining to L and how much she is understanding about the new baby.
The other thing that’s crazy about those tiny clothes is that they’re a little baggy when baby comes! SUPER TINY-NESS! So tonight Brad and I went to a movie and after we decided to walk around campus. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhh! It was lovely. The trees are blossoming, the grass is green (instead of covered with white), and since most of the students are heading home it was nice and quiet. We decided to take our stroll on campus because of your post about what we’d miss the most if we were to leave Cache Valley. We’re trying to make the most of our time here.
I’ve been doing the same thing–washing the teeny-tiny newborn clothes and wondering how a small baby can grow so fast. I still think my little 2 year old nephew is small! The little onesies are itsy-bitsy!
